City Services
City Hall is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed on federal holidays.

Permits & Licenses

Simple permits can be issued same-day. Complex permits typically take 2-4 weeks for review. Expedited review is available for an additional fee.
Yes, all businesses operating in Normandy Park must have a current business license. Apply online or at City Hall.
Parks & Recreation
Yes! Park shelters can be reserved up to 12 months in advance. Visit normandyparkwa.gov/reservations or call (206) 248-8246.
Dogs are allowed in most parks but must be on a leash at all times. Please clean up after your pet. Some areas may have restrictions.

Garbage & Recycling
Collection days vary by neighborhood. Check your service provider website or contact them directly. Most areas are serviced weekly.
Most paper, cardboard, plastic bottles (#1-5), metal cans, and glass are recyclable. Check with your waste hauler for specific guidelines.
Contact your waste hauler to schedule a bulky item pickup. Some items may require special disposal at King County transfer stations.
